Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return Policy
The product is accepted for return only if all conditions are met:
- the marketable appearance is preserved;
- no traces of use or installation;
- no damage, cracks or chips;
- the product is fully assembled and the factory packaging is preserved;
- labels and factory markings are preserved;
- the product retains its consumer properties;
- Custom-made items are non-returnable.
