8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt shall notify the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of its consideration.

8.3. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute out of court, any of the Parties has the right to apply to the court for the protection of their rights, which are granted to them by the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.4. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

9. OTHER CONDITIONS

9.1. The administration does not accept counter offers from visitors regarding changes to this User Agreement.

9.2. The recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or not subject to compulsory execution does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.

9.3. The posted reviews are not confidential information and can be used without restrictions.

9.4. Inaction on the part of representatives in case of violation by any of the Users of the provisions does not deprive her of the right to take later appropriate actions to protect her interests and protect copyright for materials protected in accordance with the law, which can be expressed in pre-trial and court appeals, appeals to law enforcement and fiscal authorities, antimonopoly service, etc. competent authorities.
